Wasatch Energy Management, LLC (“WEM”) is a Utah based oil and gas management company. WEM is comprised of experienced oil and gas professionals (many of whom have worked together since 2003), who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work. They are familiar with all aspects of exploration, development and operations. WEM is particularly talented at finding the “diamonds in the rough” by closely monitoring industry activities and trends and digging into the nitty gritty of potential projects.

WEM management team has decades of experience in operations and has developed priceless relationships with contractors, industry partners, and state and federal agencies and personnel.

WEM acquires, develops and operates properties that fit within its core areas of operations and applies its engineering, geologic and operational expertise to discover new reserves, boost existing production, and increase value. WEM's assets are carefully selected based on geological and geophysical analysis of producing basins, and each drilling project is evaluated on the basis of geological character, reservoir potential, product marketability, and return on investment.

The major objective of WEM acquisitions is to acquire high quality oil and gas properties with production, proven reserves (PUD's), behind pipe reserves and/or increased productivity achieved through enhanced operations.
