WEM's current acquisition activities are throughout the Uintah Basin with a recent focus in and around the Bridgeland area of Duchesne County where it has acquired a majority position in over 26,000 acres. WEM began to develop this area last year and expects to drill close to 100 wells in this prospect over the next few years. This is in addition to participating in the drilling of additional nearby wells with other operators in the area. WEM acquires, develops and operates properties throughout the Uinta Basin and applies its expertise to maximize WEM’s major objective to acquire and develop high quality oil and gas properties which have a significant opportunity to establish or enhance hydrocarbon production.
